Impact of organization & culture in the knowledge economy
Workforce transition is next decade's largest socio-economic challenge.
According to a recent survey with HR managers from the companies in our network, more than 50% of the workforce will need to be re- or upskilled in the next 3 to 5 years. Global reports tells us the same.* Meanwhile in an age where technology giants dominate the mindshare of talent, it becomes natural that many traditional industries are suffering from lack of sufficient competency and skills. As an example, the demand for Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineers has grown by over six times over the past few years.
How do we approach these challenges?
In the second edition of the Combient Summit, HR managers, business partners and practitioners will gather in Helsinki to learn from each other and to share what works, and what does not. We will bring concrete examples from the network as well as frontline perspectives from a few selected external speakers. And as for all Combient Summits, we will a fair share of time for conversations between the participants.

*According to The Future of Jobs Report 2018 published by World Economic Forum, no less than 54% of all employees will require significant reskilling and upskilling already by 2022.
